The Spintron: Better valve train control… better combustion.

An engine running at 8,000 rpm rotates a single crank degree in 20 microseconds. A short period of time.

Yet the exhaust lift begins well before work still being done by the piston… over 60 psi. Non-trivial given that the peak non ignition pressure is ~120 psi. The same situation occurs on the intake closing.

So what does this mean?

Any valve bounce on either the intake or the exhaust will handicap the combustion process.

Our Spintron allows us to ensure that your valves and springs are matched to your cam profile. A spring too stiff is as detrimental as one too light. No bounce, more power.

iSystems has invested in interdependent tools to maximize power for your needs.
